1. Introduction and Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and Service Agreement ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between mmkji platform (https://mmkji.bio) and any person ("User" or "you") who uses the platform or any related services, games, or features.
By accessing the mmkji platform, opening an account, or placing any bet, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility
This section outlines the requirements and responsibilities for opening an account at mmkji.
Account Eligibility
- The user must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must register only with your own genuine details — you may not use another person's name, phone number, or payment information.
- Each person may only hold one account. If a second account is opened by the same person, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
- mmkji reserves the right to verify identity, age, or deposit/withdrawal records at any time.
- Supported payment methods — deposits and withdrawals can only be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfers.
Account Closure
If you wish to close your account for any reason, contact [email protected] to submit a request. Any remaining balance will be reviewed in line with these terms and returned accordingly.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
The following requirements must be followed when making deposits and withdrawals —

Withdrawal Limits
- When requesting a withdrawal, you may only use a payment method that is registered to your account.
- mmkji may review withdrawal requests if a deposit was made without any gameplay.
- If bonuses are included, withdrawals are only allowed after the wagering requirement is met — see the bonus section below.
- mmkji reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if a betting policy violation is found.
- Delays may occur due to mmkji's review process or technical issues — 5–30 minutes is normal.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
The following terms apply to all bonuses, promotions and rewards at mmkji —
Welcome Bonus
- On your first deposit, you can receive a 100% bonus — up to 200,000 Ks.
- The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds and any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn —
- Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 40,000 Ks; wagering = 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
- Example 2 — Deposit 420,000 Ks, receive 200,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 620,000 Ks; wagering = 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks
- The bonus is given once per account, per IP address, and per household member.
- The games eligible for bonus play and their contribution rates may vary by game type — see the bonus details on the platform.
- mmkji reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time — changes will be announced in advance.
Referral Program
- A player who refers friends will receive 8% of each referred friend's first deposit as bonus funds — up to 20,000 Ks per person.
- In addition, the referrer will also receive a weekly commission of 0.3% of the total bets placed by their referred friends.
- Referral rewards are subject to bonus terms including applicable wagering requirements.
Bonus Restrictions
- Immediately converting, withdrawing or hedging bonuses, and bonus abuse, are strictly prohibited.
- If detected, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
5. VIP Program Terms
mmkji has 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback amount differs for each level —

VIP Program Conditions
- VIP level progression depends on your cumulative gameplay — the more you play, the faster you level up.
- Cashback is credited automatically as bonus funds once a week — a small wagering requirement may apply before withdrawal.
- Cashback and VIP benefits are calculated based only on bets placed with real money during the qualifying period — bonus fund wagers are excluded.
- mmkji reserves the right to modify the VIP program at any time — changes will be announced in advance.
6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
All players at mmkji must respect the following fair play principles —
Prohibited Methods
- Using technical tools such as software bots, auto-click scripts or poker algorithms is prohibited.
- Colluding with individuals or groups with the intent to manipulate outcomes is prohibited.
- Deliberately exploiting game bugs for personal gain in a way that harms others is prohibited.
- Renting, selling or giving your account to another person is prohibited.
Software Bugs and Technical Errors
If transaction records, rewards or winnings are incorrectly generated due to a software bug and this is known to the player, mmkji reserves the right to review and reverse them. Benefiting from a bug does not exempt a player from these rules.

- Users must keep their password confidential and must not share it with anyone.

- mmkji is not liable for financial losses, personal injuries, or related losses arising from gambling.
